Nubank in the US market is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for core US consumer products. Based in Miami, you will shape the US value proposition and work with global teams to address customer needs and launch initiatives.

You will lead discovery, segmentation, and validation, define success metrics, and report to senior leadership. The role demands customer insight, data-driven decision-making, and navigating a fast-paced, highly regulated fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Ownership and autonomy with a bias for action in ambiguity.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn with AI/data-driven approaches.
• Significant experience as Lead or Senior Product Manager on consumer-facing fintech products.
• Proven success driving end-to-end product execution from discovery to scale.
• Experience leading product discovery, segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core US consumer products.
• Defining and refining the US value proposition using data and experimentation.
• Leading structured product discovery, including segmentation, hypotheses, and validation.
• Maintaining a sharp view of the US competitive landscape and translating insights into opportunities.
• Collaborating with design, engineering, data, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing to ship high-quality features.
• Defining success metrics, setting ambitious goals, and using data to measure impact.
• Communicating vision and progress to senior leadership across geographies.
• Championing customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the US team.
