ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Physician Assistant (PA) for Urgent Care in Massachusetts. This per diem leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring new-grad providers, and guiding clinic staff in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Lead PA will supervise clinical operations, participate in team development, maintain EMR documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards while delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (no CPR/ACLS online).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine/urgent care preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient-centered care with thorough health assessments and histories.
• Interview patients, perform exams, obtain and update medical histories.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and manage results.
• Administer injections, sutures, wound care, immunizations.
• Educate patients on regimens and wellness.
