Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC seeks a Physician Assistant/Associate Lead Provider to deliver high-quality urgent care and mentor new-graduate clinicians. The role supports clinical leadership, performs health assessments, orders tests, administers treatments, and ensures compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates have PA certification, a current DEA license, BLS, and prior emergency/urgent care experience, with a collaborative, patient-focused approach to care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification are required.
• DEA license with no restrictions must be maintained.
• Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments, exams, and history reviews.
• Lead clinical staff, mentor new-graduate providers and clinic staff.
• Collaborate with team to plan dispositions and transfers as needed.
• Ensure accurate medical records and EMR documentation.
