Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC in Augusta, Maine, seeks a Lead Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) to lead clinical staff in our urgent care clinic. The role combines patient care with mentorship of new-grad providers and allied staff.

Ideal candidates are PA or FNP with Master's, DEA, BLS, and emergency medicine/urgent care experience. You will mentor teams, ensure compliant records, and partner with management to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and certification by PA or NP certifying body.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through assessments, exams, and medical history reviews.
• Mentor and lead clinical staff, including new-grad providers and allied professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with EMR policies.
• Collaborate with the team to plan coordinated, efficient dispositions.
