Job summary

• Guide clients and team members in the branch for complex transactions and exceptional experience.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Educate clients on digital capabilities and refer to partners as needed.
• Provide ownership of client issues and resolve promptly.
