Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers in service and sales routines.
• Guide clients and team members in branch transactions and exceptional client experience.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to champion risk and compliance.
• Educate clients on digital channels and cross-sell opportunities.
• Resolve client issues promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Engage clients in lobby to identify financial needs and demonstrate digital capabilities.
• Collaborate with partners as needed (FA, mortgage, etc.).
