Job summary

Citi in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Head Universal Banker to lead a branch team, drive service excellence, and grow client relationships. The role executes service transactions, leads sales activities, and mentors Universal Bankers and Tellers to deliver on Citi standards.

You'll champion risk & controls, guide complex transactions, and promote digital channels to deepen client relationships while maintaining a customer-first culture on the branch floor.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant experience in branch or retail banking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong sales and service orientation.
• Experience with face-to-face customer service and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers in sales and service.
• Guide clients and team members in the branch, handling complex transactions with care.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Demonstrate products and educate clients on digital channels to meet financial needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the branch and adapt to coverage needs.
• Provide coaching on digital capabilities and a streamlined sales/service process.
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Promote a warm, welcoming branch environment with teamwork.
