A leading healthcare provider seeks a dedicated clerical worker for full-time roles in a clinical environment. The position involves various essential duties aimed at supporting staff, patients, and the overall hospital organization. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This is a permanent replacement role under the National Labor Relations Act.
Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to perform clerical duties on a nursing or clinical unit, following confidentiality expectations.
Maintain a cooperative atmosphere by being professional, pleasant, and helpful to staff, patients, and families.
Observe all hospital and departmental policies, guiding principles, rules, and regulations.
Attend orientation and complete ongoing in-service education as required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule: 40/80, Full-Time, Days, Every Other Weekend.
Note: You are being hired as a permanent replacement for a striking employee, classified as a ‘regular’ employee under the National Labor Relations Act. Employment is subject to performance standards and conditions of Butler Hospital.
