Job summary

R.E. Beckner Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Utility Foreman plus crew to lead field operations across central west Florida.

You will supervise a 5-7 person crew, read blueprints, manage daily logs, coordinate with management, and ensure safety and quality while meeting project schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in storm, water, and sewer systems.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Utility Foreman.
• Capable of reading blueprints.
• Experience across all aspects of site development.
• Able to track and maintain daily logs and job progress.
• Coordinate and supervise a crew of 5-7 members.
• Physical activities include climbing, lifting and driving.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow project plans and schedules to meet production goals and client timelines.
• Use heavy equipment to excavate, install and backfill underground pipe.
• Complete and submit required documents (timesheets, logs, reports, receipts, PO's, toolbox talks).
• Communicate effectively with management and other employees.
• Adhere to OSHA and FDOT safety procedures and standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
