Job summary

Kokosing, a leading General Contractor, seeks a Superintendent to supervise skilled trades and manage onsite activities for large industrial projects mainly in Western Pennsylvania and Central Ohio.

You will lead foremen, drive safety culture, assist with Primavera P6 scheduling, and develop short- and medium-term schedules while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and equipment to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6+ years of field management experience on similar construction projects.
• Experience supervising multiple foremen on large industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage several foremen ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Set a 24/7 Safety culture for crews.
• Assist PM with Primavera P6 project scheduling.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.
• Oversee costs and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Schedule subcontractors.
