Job summary

Sunrock seeks an Underground Utility Foreman to oversee all aspects of underground utility installation on our heavy civil projects. You will plan manpower, equipment, and materials, direct field crews, and enforce safety standards to keep work on schedule and within budget.

You will lead crews installing water, sewer, storm drain, and related systems, mentor foremen and laborers, monitor productivity, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and utility companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising utility construction in heavy civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of underground utility methods, trenching, and compaction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid NC Driver's License.
