Job summary

Bali Construction Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead field operations on marquee Southern California projects. You will mentor crew members, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety and high-quality infrastructure delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in underground utilities, union membership, and strong planning and communication skills to drive daily field activities and meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in underground utilities construction.
• Active membership in the Laborers or Operating Engineers Union is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook & Excel).
• OSHA 30, Competent Person, Confined Space, CPR certifications.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil construction means and methods.
• Review project plans, specs, and dimensions with the crew.
• Plan and sequence daily construction work.
• Ensure safety requirements and risk assessments are followed.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project team.
• Maintain quality and production records.
• Provide training and coaching to crew members.
