Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in underground dry utility work for SoCal Edison, LADWP, Burbank Water and Power.
• Experience with deep excavations, shoring, and traffic control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities and manage laborers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Create and maintain 'lookahead' schedules to prevent bottlenecks.
• Implement and monitor company and OSHA safety programs.
• Perform inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Serve as the communication hub between field crews, inspectors, and customers.
• Manage completion of deficiencies and final walk-throughs.
