South West Plumbing is seeking a full-time plumber lead to supervise underground sewer and drain installations. The role requires a Washington plumber license and experience with residential service work. You will coach helpers, ensure code compliance, and maintain safety on site.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Plumber License (PL01 or PL02) required.
• Experience in underground sewer and drain installation; residential service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and work alongside the underground install crew on sewer and drain line installations and repairs.
• Ensure all work is performed to code, meets quality standards, and completed on time.
• Coach and mentor install helpers to develop skills and safety practices.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams professionally.
