Qualifications

• Must have experience leading underground utility distribution crews.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and utility specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• CDL preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise Linemen, Apprentices, and Groundmen.
• Coordinate on-site operations, crew mobilization, and equipment setup.
• Enforce safety protocols at all times.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations.
• Read and interpret site plans, electrical drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work.
• Communicate with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee adherence to project schedules and assist in planning and budgeting.
• Utilize digital tools and mobile technology for job site efficiency.
• Maintain focus on customer satisfaction, productivity, and crew morale.
