Job summary

Brandeis University Undergraduate Admissions seeks an Interim Associate Director to lead on-campus and virtual events, shaping visits for prospective and admitted students. You will supervise a team of up to five professionals and partner with campus colleagues to align programming with enrollment goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5–8+ years’ supervisory experience, and strong data-driven decision making. Evening/weekend work is expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years related work experience, including supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-campus and virtual event programming for prospective and admitted students.
• Train and coach admissions staff for visit experiences.
• Oversee daily operations of campus visit experiences.
• Use data to evaluate program efficacy and implement changes.
• Manage budget for event programming.
• Supervise 4–5 staff responsible for fellows program and visits.
• Communicate holistic admissions process to prospective students and families.
