Penn Medicine Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced Lead Ultrasonographer with more than 5 years in imaging to oversee ultrasound exams and the day-to-day operations of the sonographer team.
You will partner with administrative and physician leaders to manage staffing, templates, and regulatory compliance, while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and equipment budgeting. The role requires leadership and commitment to patient care within the Penn Medicine imaging specialty.

The Lead Ultrasonographer is responsible for performing all ultrasound examinations in addition to departmental duties related to daily operations of the sonographers. The Lead Ultrasonographer will partner closely with administrative and physician leadership to oversee staffing ratios, clinic templates, and regulatory compliance. They will provide clinical and administrative leadership to the sonographer team and advocate for the needs of ultrasound patients and staff. The Lead Ultrasonographer will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts, budget requests relating to ultrasound equipment, and resource management.
