Qualifications

Compensation: $43.49 - $66.55 before shift differentials

What you'll do

You will oversee daily operations of the ultrasound section, including supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring consistent coverage for all patient populations. You'll monitor equipment performance, manage maintenance needs, and maintain supply readiness in all procedure rooms. You'll lead competency reviews, training, protocol updates, and student education while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards. You'll gather and interpret performance data, drive quality improvement initiatives, and document adverse events. Additional responsibilities include payroll oversight, occasional travel to other MLH sites, and participation in oncall rotations when required.
