• Lead design discussions and presentations with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure designs adhere to UX / UI best practices and are accessible (WCAG compliant).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and design fidelity.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across pages and platforms.

Required Skills & Certifications :

• 8+ years of professional experience in website design.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

• Experience in designing for ASP.Net Core Razor Pages environment.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or Constant Contact integrations.
