Job summary

JDA is seeking a UI Developer to lead the design, development, and enhancement of user interfaces while mentoring junior developers. You will craft responsive, visually appealing interfaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UI with business goals.

In this role, you will work with Java, ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within a multi-tenant architecture. You will focus on accessibility, performance optimization, and secure, scalable UI solutions.

Qualifications

• '2-5' years of experience in HTML, CSS, React, Javascript & Bootstrap.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain clean, efficient, scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
• Provide expertise in UI/UX design, focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
• Document technical aspects of UI development, design decisions, user flows, and code structure.
• Lead and mentor junior developers in UI best practices, coding standards, and design techniques.
• Review and approve code submissions to minimize bugs and improve performance.
• Ensure UI complies with latest web standards including security and performance benchmarks.
• Lead adoption of new front-end technologies and drive continuous UI improvements.
