Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a Lead Final Integration Technician to guide the final assembly, integration, validation, and delivery readiness of unmanned defense platforms. You will ensure all systems—mechanical, electrical, avionics, and mission payloads—are integrated to specification and documented properly.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school preferred.
• 4+ years in aerospace/defense/high-reliability manufacturing.
• 1+ year leading technicians or coordinating build activities.
• Experience with final assembly, aircraft integration, or complex electromechanical work.
• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly docs.
• Experience using hand/tools and integration equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, avionics installation, and mechanical assemblies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead final integration activities for unmanned aircraft systems.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures, and calibration.
• Mentor technicians and drive best practices.
• Ensure safety, quality, traceability, and documentation per aerospace standards.
• Perform hands-on assembly, routing, wiring, and system configuration.
• Read and interpret drawings, CAD models, schematics, and instructions.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
• Support prototype development and production builds.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to meet requirements.
