Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced UAS photogrammetric processing lead based in California to manage end-to-end UAS data projects and deliver high-quality results. You will oversee all phases, standardize workflows, and ensure timely client deliverables.

You will collaborate with surveyors, train junior staff, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processing settings using Global Mapper, Pix4Dsurvey, Pix4Dmatic, and ArcGIS to handle large datasets efficiently.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in all phases of UAS photogrammetric and LiDAR processing.
• Experience working on large-scale projects.
• In-depth experience in Global Mapper, Pix4Dsurvey, Pix4Dmatic, and ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage all phases of UAS photogrammetric processing
• Recommend workflow design
• Develop photogrammetric processing settings
• Standardize management of large UAS datasets
• Oversee initial project setup, quality review, and final deliverables
• Collaborate with surveyors to determine project objectives
• Troubleshoot potential problems and improve settings to deliver complete data sets
• Coordinate multiple UAS projects across multiple workstations while managing long-running processes
• Develop internal project structures and manage large UAS datasets
• Produce project deliverables for final client delivery and meet deadlines
• Train and assist junior staff with UAS processing workflows and software
