La Petite Academy in Saint Joseph, MO is hiring a Lead Teacher to join a caring community that values children, families, and staff. You will inspire lifelong learners and be part of a program that supports growth and ongoing training.

As Lead Teacher, you will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, oversee classroom management and curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support our center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
