Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in the United States seeks a Lead Qualified Two Year-Old Teacher to design engaging activities for toddlers and guide early development through discovery and play.

You will maintain a warm, consistent classroom routine, partner with families, and collaborate with co-teachers and leaders to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
  • CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development, Child Care required OR AA OR Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.
  • A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

  • Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps the children feel secure and confident.

Job description

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Qualified Two Year-Old Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team! Our toddler program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play.
As a Twos Teacher, you’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.
