Chesterbrook Academy in Ashburn, VA is seeking a caring, creative Twos Teacher to join our Early Childhood Education team. Our program focuses on discovery, independence, and building a foundation for a love of learning through play.

As a Twos Teacher, you’ll guide toddlers through hands-on experiences that promote language development, social growth, and curiosity in a nurturing classroom. State licensing compliance and a CDA or ECE degree are preferred, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team! Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

As a Twos Teacher, you’ll guide curious little learners through hands‑on experiences that encourage exploration, language development, and social growth — all within a nurturing, safe, and fun classroom environment.
