Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking an qualified lead educator for a toddlers classroom in Tennessee. The role requires at least one year of childcare experience and familiarity with TN licensing guidelines. You will plan activities, supervise diapering and meals, and ensure safety during play and rest periods.

CPR certification is required and training can be provided. A lead educator with strong planning skills will help create a supportive, nurturing environment for the children’s development.

• CPR training is required (we can arrange).
• Must be familiar with lesson planning and TNELDS.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun learning environment for two-year-olds in a small class.

This position needs to be filled immediately.

This is our younger two year olds. Class is 6 children which is under ratio.

Must be familiar with lesson planning and TNELDS.

What You'll Do

Providing a fun learning environment for two-year old's. Must follow TN licensing guidelines and schedule in classroom. Daily duties include but not limited to providing weekly or monthly lesson plans, diapering or potty training, mealtime supervision, nap supervision and playground supervision, we encourage singing with the children and using art to express their feelings. Must be patient.

Requirements

Must have at least one year of childcare experience preferably in a lead position. Completion of all licensing required trainings prior to working with children on-site. CPR is also required.( we can set you up for training)

CPR (we will provide)

23 hours of online training required that will be paid with first check.
