Job summary

The Gardner School of Schaumburg is seeking a Lead Two's & Three's Teacher to inspire young learners in a state-of-the-art preschool setting.

You will plan developmentally appropriate lessons, mentor assistants, and partner with families while upholding safety and joy in the classroom. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate's degree with at least 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree, with at least 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with administrative tasks.
