Job summary

The Gardner School is seeking a Lead Infant & Two’s Teacher at our DTC campus in Colorado. You will lead a welcoming, developmentally appropriate classroom, guiding a team of assistants while partnering closely with families to support each child’s growth.

Ideal candidates hold a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, with CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative preschool culture.

Qualifications

• Lead Teacher/ECT qualification under Colorado Department of Early Childhood requirements.
• CDA or Associate's degree (required); Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related degree (preferred).
