Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in the classroom.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
