Job summary

Rcbpi is seeking a Large Corrective Level III to lead teams in major corrective repairs and replacements. You will oversee project aspects while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role also involves daily reporting and supporting team selection and training.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in large correctives, strong communication skills, and be physically able to work in challenging environments. A high school diploma or GED, along with computer skills, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in large correctives.
• At least one year of experience with 2X GE component replacements.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT physical.
• Must pass a pre-hire drug screen.
• Flexible travel schedule, with up to 100% travel.
• Physically able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to complete major repairs and replacements.
• Provide project updates to the manager.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects.
• Complete service reports and daily reports.
• Assist in the selection and training of team members.
