Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Casing or Drilling Industry with demonstrated progression
  • Knowledge of casing sizes and weights

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site lead for tubular running services operations, directing crew performance and workflow.
  • Direct and coordinate technicians, verify jobs and equipment, and ensure proper casing make-up and torque.
  • Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of equipment defects; lead troubleshooting.
  • Communicate job status, test results, and updates to management and customers.
  • Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance guidance.
  • Handle financial responsibilities as directed by management.
  • Ensure compliance with Nabors policies and safety standards; perform other duties as assigned.

LEAD TUBULAR SERVICES TECHNICIAN (Finance)

To serve as the on-site lead for tubular running services operations, directing crew activities, ensuring proper placement and operation of casing tools and equipment, validating job requirements, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout all field operations.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in the Casing or Drilling Industry, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities
  • Common knowledge of sizes and weights of casing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead others with minimal supervision

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Requires the ability to walk, sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel, over 2/3 of the time.
  • Must be able to lift, pull and push loads of up to 50 pounds, unassisted.
  • Requires close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the on-site lead for tubular running services operations, overseeing crew performance, workflow, and adherence to job procedures.
  • Direct and coordinate technicians, verify jobs and equipment, and make-up casing to the required torque, ensuring all operations meet technical and safety standards.
  • Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of equipment defects; lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure corrective actions are implemented prior to field deployment.
  • Communicate job status, test results, and operational updates to management and customers; serve as primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders during field operations.
  • Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members on procedure concepts, equipment operation, and safety practices.
  • Financial responsibilities will be communicated by manager and/or local or global Delegation of Authority, when applicable
  • Compliance with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
