Qualifications

• J.D. with active MA Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years in estate planning, handling high-net-worth and complex estates.
• Hands-on experience using WealthCounsel software.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the estate planning practice with goals and processes.
• Set financial goals for the practice and maintain client plans.
• Manage matter processes, billing, and marketing systems.
• Cultivate existing clients and develop new ones; cross-sell to real estate clients.
• Guide clients through estate administration; coordinate with wealth managers and accountants.
• Present documents to clients and oversee execution; assist with asset protection and tax planning.
