McLane Middleton, Professional Association, seeks a Trusts and Estates Attorney to join our active department in Boston or Woburn. This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work options, and exposure to sophisticated estate planning matters.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration, experience with high net-worth clients, and a track record in business development, client service, and timekeeping.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in estate planning, tax planning, and trust & estate administration.
• Experience with high net-worth individuals and families.
• Private law firm experience preferred; strong timekeeping and billing discipline.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts or New Hampshire Bar or able to waive in.
• Willingness to develop business through networking, marketing and client development.
