Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Logistics experience required.
• Experience in truckload and/or intermodal transportation preferred.
• Team Lead or Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for truckload and intermodal modes.
• Manage supplier relationships and improve carrier performance.
• Conduct bid events and negotiate rates.
• Monitor supplier performance and assess risks.
• Identify market trends to mitigate disruptions.
