Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a Production Manager in Georgia to lead a manufacturing team, align production with schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage direct reports, coordinate activities, and work to meet budgets and customer commitments.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in corrugated/converting, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication across levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or higher in Business or Applied Science preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in corrugated/converting.
• Knowledge of machinery; ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and coordinate manufacturing activities.
• Lead the team to meet production volumes, quality, safety, inventory, and customer satisfaction within budgets.
• Ensure OSHA and company policies compliance; maintain safe, clean work environment.
