Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience driving 26-28 FT box trucks or any other CMV over 10,001 lbs.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Warehouse experience and ability to operate a forklift or man lift preferred.
• Must obtain forklift certification within three months of starting.
• Valid truck driver license and state-specific endorsements; no restrictions.
• Willing to submit to drug screens and background checks; DOT medical card required.
• No recent moving violations; FMCSA rules compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross dock operations and maintain inventory levels.
• Supervise non-CDL truck drivers and train new staff.
• Drive trucks to make route deliveries to customers.
• Load and unload freight from trucks.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Complete paperwork for company and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance with managers; ensure safety compliance.
