Talon Hiring Solutions in Birmingham, AL, is assisting a client in finding an experienced Trial Paralegal / Trial Technologist to support complex litigation from investigation through trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeal.

The role combines comprehensive litigation support with hands-on courtroom technology, including managing evidence presentation and overseeing trial war room operations. Travel and extended hours during trial are required.

Competenze

7+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
5+ years of trial experience with hands-on courtroom support.
Proficiency with OnCue trial presentation software is required.
Experience managing deposition databases, preferably Opus2.
Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures and e-filing.

Mansioni

Serve as the primary trial technologist, managing courtroom evidence and exhibits.
Set up and operate OnCue for accurate evidence display.
Manage the trial war room infrastructure and workflow coordination.
Configure audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot in real time.
Travel locally and nationwide to support trials at different venues.
Draft routine legal documents and maintain litigation calendars.
