Job summary

Talon Hiring Solutions is seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal / Trial Technologist to support complex litigation from investigation through trial, post-trial, and appeal. The role blends litigation support with hands-on courtroom technology, including managing evidence presentation and trial war room operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive trial experience and proficiency with OnCue, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment, and is willing to travel locally

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• 5+ years of trial experience including hands-on courtroom support and evidence presentation.
• Proficiency with OnCue trial presentation software is required.
• Experience managing deposition databases, preferably Opus2.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and federal/state procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary trial technologist, managing courtroom evidence and exhibit presentations.
• Set up and operate OnCue trial presentation software.
• Manage the trial war room and technology infrastructure.
• Configure audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot courtroom tech.
• Coordinate tech setup with court staff and trial teams.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to present evidence and depositions.
• Travel locally and nationwide to support trials.
