Joshua Tree Experts North Charlotte is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to guide our residential and commercial tree care teams. You will execute day-to-day field operations, lead safety-first work, and uphold the company’s standards and culture on every job site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional tree care experience.
• Strong understanding of safe tree care operations.
• Valid driver's license; CDL-B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside the tree crew on residential and commercial care.
• Perform and delegate pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing.
• Operate lifts, loaders, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment safely.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Coordinate with sales and office teams for scope alignment.
• Monitor equipment condition and job-site safety.
• Promote safety, accountability, and teamwork culture.
