Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional tree care experience.
• Strong understanding of safe tree care operations and safety practices.
• Ability to climb and work safely and efficiently.
• Comfort interacting with customers and leading crews.
• Valid driver's license; CDL-B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside the tree crew on residential and commercial sites.
• Perform and delegate pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing tasks.
• Operate lifts, loaders, chainsaws, chippers and related equipment safely.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site. Coordinate with sales and office teams.
• Monitor equipment condition and job-site safety; promote safety and teamwork.
