Qualifications

• Experience leading plant teams and coordinating multi-discipline operations.
• Knowledge of boiler and pressure vessels safety and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and apply operating procedures and work instructions.
• Willingness to handle hazardous materials and waste in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead treating plant and pad operations; provide resources for the team.
• Communicate operational information with Supervisors and other departments regarding scheduling and maintenance.
• Operate major systems per procedures: boiler, vacuum, preservative mix, transfer and storage systems, and waste handling.
• Document system activity to ensure accurate processing per policy and SOPs.
• Assist in preservative inventory management including sampling, mixing and usage control.
• Sample, test, and treat waters systems; document chemical usage and inventory.
• Perform cleaning, hazardous waste handling, and ensure safety program participation.
• Support and perform other duties as assigned.
