Job summary

You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep schedules, milestones, and deliverables on track while enforcing OSHA safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on retail or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for retail projects, including ground-up builds and interior tenant improvements.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedules, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Owners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain daily field reports, progress tracking, and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to avoid delays and maintain productivity.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction.
