The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent on commercial projects, with a track record in luxury brands and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Experience delivering high-end luxury retail stores.
• Experience on ground-up construction and renovations.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with owners, architects, subcontractors, and facility staff.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with owners, architects, and hospital/medical facility staff.
• Represent the GC with poise and professional communication on sites nationwide.
• Utilize Procore and scheduling tools to track progress and reporting.
