Job summary

Motion Industries, Inc. seeks a Manager of Travel & Card Payments Services to lead and optimize the company’s corporate card, expense management, and travel programs across North America and international locations.

You will oversee the Travel & Card Payments Services Team, align Concur configurations with policy, and partner with vendors to ensure service levels, efficiency, and cost savings. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience managing travel, card programs and vendor communications.
Strong communication, leadership and strategic thinking.
Ability to partner with Procurement, Finance and Internal Audit.

Responsibilities

Lead Travel & Card Payments Services Team for corporate card, expense management and travel programs.
Ensure coverage during business hours and respond to employee inquiries and service cases.
Manage vendors (Bank of America, Amex GBT, Concur, SOS, Delta, Marriott) and conduct periodic vendor reviews.
Coordinate RFPs, contracts, and renewal processes with Procurement and Finance.
Monitor policy compliance, reporting, and fraud risk with Internal Audit and Treasury.
