Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Vermont is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee drivers and ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries with full DOT compliance.

You will supervise staffing, training, and coaching, assist with scheduling and driver payroll, review logs and expenses, and coordinate vehicle maintenance. This full‑time role runs Monday through Friday, 10pm–7am, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years transportation experience including DOT safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers including staffing, training, coaching, performance management.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Review driver logs, payroll, expense reports, and DOT compliance.
• Maintain trucks and safety inspections; coordinate with managers.
