Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years transportation or related experience with knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train drivers at OpCo, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely deliveries.
• Assist Transportation/Operations Manager with daily administration, payroll reviews, logs, and compliance.
• Monitor vehicle safety, proper use of ramps/handcarts, seat belts, and safe lifting practices.
• Track driver license status, tickets, accidents and other risk data.
• Maintain delivery and driver paperwork including invoices, DVIRs and logs.
• Collaborate to minimize operating expenses and optimize routing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
