Job summary

CDM Smith Inc. seeks a civil engineering/planning professional to perform traffic revenue and demand modelling for toll facilities in the North Region. The role includes leading technical content, mentoring staff, and coordinating with clients to ensure quality deliverables.

Travel up to 10% may be required. AICP/PE/PTP/CEP or equivalent certifications enhance candidacy, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or planning; professional certifications preferred.
• 10 years (Bachelors) or 9 years (Masters) in related field; travel may be required.
• Domestic and/or international travel contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic revenue and demand modelling for toll agencies in the North Region.
• Lead technical content and mentor junior staff on projects.
• Coordinate project work with clients and ensure technical accuracy.
• Manage tasks, QA/QC, and deliverables across projects.
• Present in front of groups and communicate findings clearly.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline

10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with Master's

Domestic and/or international travel may be required

Equivalent additional directly related experience considered
