Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior professional to support traffic revenue and demand modeling for toll facilities in the North Region. The role involves leading technical efforts, data analysis, and coordinating project teams across multiple offices in the United States.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure QA/QC of deliverables, and collaborate with clients to drive accurate, actionable outcomes in transportation planning and toll operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or related certification or equivalent.
• 10 years of related experience with Bachelor's or 9 years with Master's.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region, potentially as Project Technical Leader.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis to support Traffic and Revenue studies and highway planning projects.
• Perform overall task management and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate and manage the technical content of projects, guiding the technical vision and ensuring accuracy and appropriate skills on the team.
• Mentor junior staff with thorough editing of drafts and QA/QC of deliverables.
