Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking a Planning Modeler Manager to support the Multimodal Planning Division and AZTDM development, application, and output interpretation. You will collaborate with GIS staff, planners, engineers, and consultants to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in math/statistics, civil engineering, or urban planning/GIS.
• Five years minimum experience in transportation modeling, data analytics, or DOT environments.

Responsibilities

• Code modeling network input data files using the planning software platform for statewide travel demand modeling.
• Submit, monitor, and manage model runs using the GUI of the statewide travel demand model.
• Produce technical documentation and reports for internal/external customers and federal/state partners.
