Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Supervisor, Transportation & Logistics to oversee delivery and material transport operations for data-center construction and ongoing operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Valid Class A CDL license is required.
• Experience with DOT compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, coach, and hold accountable a team of drivers; set expectations, conduct performance reviews, and manage attendance and overtime.
• Build and own daily/weekly driver schedules, route assignments, and workload balancing to meet delivery windows.
• Direct loading/unloading and material-handling to meet safety standards.
• Ensure transport activity complies with CDL, Hours of Service, ELD, and DOT regulations.
• Oversee barcode scanning and ERP/WMS transactions to meet inventory and custody requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for delays and customer/site issues; drive resolution.
• Review and approve delivery documentation; audit paperwork accuracy and close compliance gaps.
• Monitor fleet condition, inspections, and fueling; coordinate repairs and take vehicles out of service as needed.
• Track safety and driving records; lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Provide backup driving coverage only as needed.
